- The person adopting is legally equipped for taking in adoption
- The person giving in adoption is legitimately fit for giving in adoption
- The person embraced is legitimately fit for being taken in adoption
- The adoption is finished by a genuine giving and taking and

Who May Adopt?
Limit of male
Any male Hindu, who is of sound psyche and is certainly not a minor, has the ability to take a child or girl in adoption. The person can be adopted
No person can be adopted except if
a. the person in question is a Hindu;
