Changes I wish to see in the present legal system

Juvenile delinquency-

Juvenile delinquency also known as juvenile offending. Participating in a unlawful behavior by minors, Juveniles that is individual younger’s then the statutory age of maturity. Most legal system prescribes specific procedures for dealing with juveniles.

Such as juveniles detention centers and courts.

If a child is under the age of 7 years he/she is not considered as criminal which is wrong. I agreed that their mind is childish but by forgiving them it makes support in their mind and they can be another more crime in future.

According to the child act minor age is decided that in case of boy – if a boy is between 7 to 16 years he is considered as a minor and in case of a girl she is between 7 to 18 years.

Because of more heinous crimes, rarest to rarest crimes are done by minors in that condition they will be considered as child their crimes are very big, so on this topic there is questioning talk, who’s outcome is juvenile justice act 2015.

In this act if there is any heinous crime done by child between the age of 16-18 years is treated same as adult

In juvenile delinquency the major  is known as rehabilitation. In India the ideology of punishment is never adopted. There is no rule that with harsh punishment child crime can stop. According to Indian ideology there is rehabilitation of child. To know the mental skill of child that’s why he or she has done it and if it is successfully done to know these problems then the child crime will reduce and all our laws on child crime is based on rehabilitation to improve or boost up the mind set of child and divert him or her on good skill by this the mind will not think wrong things.

But, according to me rehabilitation is not right thing there is also a child punishment or child crime school.

According to people’s thinking the juvenile delinquency cases are of those children  who are homeless but according to the national crime report bureau 2016 only 3.6%  of total child crime rate is of homeless children others are having a proper home family. In big home’s children have freedom that’s why they does crime but this freedom is not have to be given to them from law. They have to be punished if they do any unlawful thing because with having more facility they started to spoil their life so to avoid all these things there would be a punishment by which they learn their mistakes.

According to me there should be proper law on child  crime punishment which have to be properly executed or followed.
