ENTREPRENEURSHIP : THE NEED OF THE HOUR

India is a developing country which is developing very fastly and but it’s development is now at stale, as the unemployment rates are getting high and poverty is increasing competition and population both are increasing enormously. Today India needs entrepreneurs who can bring the revolution in the world and optimize the resources available to India. Entrepreneurship which not only raise employment but also enhance creativity , imagination, critical thinking and overall development.

And it can be done if youth moves their interest from government job to entrepreneurship as they waste several years of their life appearing for a exam to get a job. We have our elites in all the big companies around the world like Sundar Pichai as CEO in Google, Satya Nadella as CEO in Microsoft and Indra Nooyi as CEO of Pepsi and several others. And you would be astonished to know that around 40 percent people working in IT sector around the globe are the people from India. We as Indians should escape this rat race and build empires. We must understand people’s need and execute a plan to fulfill demand.

We should understand our talents. And we should not depend on government instead take responsibility of our lives and ecosystem. We must end this scripted life and lead a life which will be unscripted. We must come out of our comfort zone and should take massive actions and we have to become innovative and full of curiosity we should not lack enthusiasm and endeavour to achieve our big goals. Nowadays government is also offering many scheme to promote entrepreneurship so we should build system. And we should once again make our India “Golden bird “.We should now become job creators and employment generators. We should find out a team of mastermind and upon any idea which we have in our mind. Now is the time to make our Entrepreneurial Mindset.India has great market and we should understand people’s demand and fulfilling it we should create brands instead of purchasing brand items. We should learn persuasion influence marketing negoitating and other entrepreneurial qualities. We should also learn investing instead of just saving we should do investment then. We should develop communication skills . There are usually 9 types of entrepreneurs-

  • Small business entrepreneurship,
  • Large company entrepreneurship,
  • Scalable startup entrepreneurship,
  • Social entrepreneurship,
  • Innovative entrepreneurship,
  • Hustler entrepreneurship,
  • Imitator entrepreneurship,
  • Researcher entrepreneurship.

Entrepreneurship is like a ray of hope which never lets people demise. It benefit the economy of he India. Swadeshi products would be increased and our dependency on other countries for several services will decline and not only this we will also be able to promote Make In India as at times will be able exports to different countries our resourceful and useful products. We will also have a supportive environment to tackle with unemployment and the more work could be done with more productivity if our youth will resolve problems of people and establish a problem solution.  In last only wants to say the quote by Swami Vivekananda

“Awake  , arise and stop not until the goal is achieved”. India is a pool of opportunities we must create valuable products to impact globally by bringing out new inventions and getting patents. ENTREPRENEURSHIP is a work which not enhances people but also brings their atmost or ultimate potential out. It not only enables people to get good valued products but also transparency in business.

Entrepreneurship is to provide service. The great your service the greater trust build of your customers. Startups are the need for India ‘s uprise.We must follow our passion and should give it a try or else there’s a great saying “Do it Now or Regret later”.

And we always have three C’s in our life which is choice to choose the change. We must get out of our comfort zone and learn financial education and should contribute in the nation’s development.

We must Venture with startup ideas and should live a life to have no regret and to never give up on your dream and learn from our failure instead of being scared and afraid of it. If you have the dedication, persistence and discipline you are surely going to win and get success. Failures are even the stepping stones for success.

Control your life take charge of it and become the creator of your life and live a life adventurously fulfilled.

Moot court competitions are one of the most enjoyable aspects of law school extracurricular activities. The concept of moot court competitions is straightforward: they are intended to simulate a court hearing. Through moot courts, the law school provides students with a taste of what it is like to be in a courtroom. Even though it is a requirement in the final year, most law schools hold inter and intramoot court competitions throughout the year to help students improve their mooting skills.  The student usually receives a factsheet, which provides a brief understanding of the dispute in question between two or more parties who are assigned to either the Plaintiff or Defendant’s side of the dispute. The fact sheet is usually provided to the students.   These teams are tasked with creating a fact sheet that includes two speakers and a couple of researchers, among other things. Within the time limit, the students must conduct research into their cases, develop arguments, and prepare responses to the dispute in the form of petitions and affidavits in opposition. Then, on the big day, the participants must defend their positions in front of a panel of judges, who will score them based on a variety of factors including their overall performance. It could be anything from researching to drafting to making an oral presentation.   Let us talk about how to prepare for moot court presentations in greater detail.  Understand the laws that apply to you.  As a law student, you must be familiar with the relevant statutes. You are not permitted to enter the moot court without having completed any prior research or preparation. As a result, you should always begin with the facts of your case. If you’ve been given any sample briefs, make sure to read them thoroughly.  The goal is to:   state the most persuasive arguments for your side;   clarify any points that were not made clear in the written material;   address any weaknesses in your case;   and be familiar with the counterarguments to your opponent’s arguments.  Recognize the relevant facts of the situation.  Each and every page of the case should be familiar and understandable to you. At all times during the debate, you should present yourself as the expert on the facts and be able to answer any questions from the panel.   Consider taking your time when framing your arguments.  Keep in mind that your arguments should be natural and organic in nature. Your oral submissions will be judged on how well you frame your arguments. It must be constructed with a great deal of patience and consideration.  …
