INTRODUCTION:-

One notable case is the 2018 Muzaffarnagar train accident in Uttar Pradesh, in which 13 children were killed after a school van collided with a train. In this case, the driver of the school van was found to be at fault and was charged with culpable homicide.
Another notable case is the 2020 Auraiya truck accident in Uttar Pradesh, in which 24 migrant workers were killed after the truck they were traveling in collided with another vehicle. In this case, the truck driver was found to be at fault and was charged with culpable homicide.
