Feminism is defined as a social and political movement that promotes women’s rights based on gender equality. Feminism does not deny biological differences between men and women, but it does demand equality in social, political and economic areas. The majority of academics believe feminist efforts are to blame for important historical advancements in women’s empowerment. The feminist struggles of the twentieth century gave birth to the right to vote, the right to public property, the right to work, and the right to get education. Modern day feminists are also active in life changing efforts in favor of unintended pregnancy abortion and reproductive rights. They have made significant contributions to women’s suffrage, challenging patriarchy, and rejecting gender roles. Feminism if for everybody provides an excellent introduction to the idea of interlocking systems of oppressive systems, such as racism, classicism, imperialism, homophobia- systems in which one group dominates over and seeks to control another.

Benefits from a discussion of transgender rights and working to break down the gender binary. However, the anti-oppression stance bell hooks presents applies directly to transgender politics. Feminism can’t be aligned with transphobia. To introduce feminist politics in an accessible format in order to reach the widest possible audience. It entails having courteous discussions with people with whom i genuinely disagree in order to advocate for change.

REAL LIFE EXAMPLE OF REPRODUCTIVE RIGHTS AND FEMINISM:-
If feminism is a movement to end sexist oppression, and depriving females of reproduction rights is a form of sexiest oppression, than one can’t be anti-choice and be feminist. A woman can insist she would never choose and still be an advocate of feminist politics. She can’t be anti-abortion and an advocate of feminism.

FEMINISM IS FOR EVERYONE:-

Feminism entails advocating for the equality of all individuals. It’s a critical that your feminism is intersectional, meaning it doesn’t discriminate against people based on their gender, color, socioeconomic situation, ability, or sexual orientation. Feminism encourages people to see the world as it could be, rather than as it is. It not only exposes the patriarchy’s faults, but it also proposes solutions.

FEMINIST METHODOLOGY:-

• Critical of male stream research and rejected traditional research methodologies that are objective and scientific.
• Oakley introduced feminist interviewing that sought out a rapport with respondents and a two-way dialogue between researcher and respondent.
• Intervention in respondents’ lives, offering advice and guidance and engaging them in discussion about findings.
