INTRODUCTION

The current scenario and historical background of feminism, which includes social and political movements, has to do with gender inequalities and women’s equality. The fundamental importance of feminism would be a goal to justify gender equality and the protection of women from domestic violence. Abuse, rape, harassment and other crimes committed in the name of culture, rituals and traditions; that is, no person may be discriminated against based on their gender; Feminism has brought social, political or social change to the fore. cultural order to maintain harmony in society to overcome such discrimination. The modern age has seen greater participation by women in various areas of work.More and more women are indulging in professions such as business, commerce, politics, fashion, doctors, lawyers, etc. Women need stronger laws and safeguards to keep improving and thriving across the country, implying an interest in nation building.

The women’s movement seldom took place in the period before independence, the term feminist is modern. But recently there has been a new term in feminism called a pseudofeminist. What is pseudo feminism? Be treated with respect and grant you all the advantages that you are entitled to regardless of the opposite sex.This denounces feminism, the particular reason for the circumstance is the unequal treatment of the sexes and the excessive propaganda of a single gender.

Feminism consists in giving men the same opportunities and opportunities in all fields of work, be they social, political or cultural; It is not about additional rights, but about equal opportunities to be heard and recognized. the ability to stand out in your workspace.

FEMINIST vs. PSEUDOFEMINIST

Women were always deprived of opportunities in a dominant male society. Withdrawal of rights in relation to education, work, social activities, business creation, etc. Social ideology from the perspective of women in order to guarantee equal opportunities and recognition for their work.Feminist, in simple terms, does not mean domination over man; It shows that the person who encounters an obstacle in the pursuit of their job, regardless of their gender, must be given adequate protection and guidance by men and abuse of power for the benefit of women Hatred against feminism. Feminism that gives back an environment of more denial, ineffectiveness, rejection, prejudice and disagreement about the thoughts of men and women.

CASE STUDY

A pretty viral video on social media of a woman arguing with a taxi driver and slapping him more than 20 times.The incident occurred in Lucknow, where a woman approached the front of the vehicle, the driver immediately hit the brakes, but the women crossed and started pushing against the vehicle. She was run over and allegedly started damaging the vehicle and breaking her phone. An FIR was initiated against this woman for attacking the taxi driver after CCTV images went viral on social media. Indian Criminal Code for willfully causing harm.Such incidents of people behaving as pseudo-feminists have raised not only questions about the quality of being, what feminism really is, but also difficulties for society to believe in it.

CONCLUSION

If women want to compete they can certainly compete, they must have equal opportunities for both sexes, we cannot ask for a better deal and then complain that the playing field is not level. Something to do has nothing to do with gender, the world is a tough place for women and changes are necessary, but the men should not be underestimated, pseudofeminism is more about the domination of women and not about equality, creating an unbalanced society, Which is exclusively for women and women Many social reformers have worked hard in recent years to empower women and give them equal rights.And that hard work shouldn’t be vague.
