HOW TO CHOOSE TOPICS FOR ARTICLE WRITING?

The possibilities for how subjects are endless; you just have to narrow it down to the issue you want to write about. There are entire periodicals dedicated to cinema stars, and television stations have programs dedicated to them. If you keep up with what’s going on in the world of sports, you can choose a game about which you have extensive expertise. There are some extreme cricket experts who know every cricketer’s record, as well as when and where each match was played, as well as the score. There are, of course, many more games. There are numerous good and negative things happening all the time around you. You can write about anything interests you or you can write about current events. There are scandal sheets like Shilpa Shetty’s husband Raj Kundra involved in porn case. There are many good and bad things going on around you everytime. You can write about what you like or you can write about trending topics.

Find out what your passion is first. In which area do you put forth your best effort? It is entirely dependent on your personal preferences. Motivation is the finest topic to discuss if you want to share some good anecdotes. Writing is a passion for sharing knowledge with the rest of the world, not a vocation. So, if the answer is yes, first determine whether you are truly interested in sharing knowledge. You will undoubtedly discover something that piques your curiosity.

Before you begin writing an article, you must consider four crucial factors.
(1) Make a list of themes, areas, life styles, situations, and knowledge areas with which you are familiar or interested. You can conduct research in any subject you wish. Restricting yourself to the world you are familiar with, aware of, or enjoy will make your easy writing good and strong.

(2) Select your audience. For whom are you writing? Gender, age, occupation, location, and educational levels are all simple choices. Make sure you stick to the reader profile you’ve created. Eh — men and women, engineers, those under the age of 24, job seekers, big cities and metros, middle-class households, and so on.

(3) Determine the periodicals (newspapers, magazines, company magazines, the internet, etc.) based on the above two factors. Each of these print outlets will set a word limit, so your essay must fit within that limit.

(4) Indicate why you’re writing your essay — motivation, information, inspiration, passing the time, etc.
