In today’s world, life is valued on the basis of money. The one who has lots of money is respected and everybody wants to be as rich as that person, whereas if a person who does not have it is left behind. This may also mean that if a wealthy person is not that qualified, people only talk about his money first & then say bad things about his qualifications at his back. The reverse is also true. Human values are necessity in today’s society and business world. These human values have the effect of bonding, comforting, reassuring and procuring serenity. Human values are the basis for any practical life within society.
The feeling & emotions of a person comes from their heart. However, the actions & behaviour of a person also manifest a moral sense of right and wrong which guides them to shun wrongful paths. Religious values are characterized by the spiritual qualities which are of intrinsic worth as these reflect the divine qualities of God. In this connection, the Biblical list of spiritual values highlighted by St. Paul is to be remembered which were “love, joy, peace, long suffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness, temperance”. If a person is sympathetic and kind by nature then that associates them with sense of fulfillment and well-being for the full realization of the meaning and purpose of their life.
To sum up, different theories and traditional views project important conclusions in our understanding of human values. There are two broad aspects of human values – those with moral implication and therefore intrinsic and those without moral implications but essential in actual living.

I have always been against Glorifying Over Work and therefore, in the year 2021, I have decided to launch this campaign “Balancing Life”and talk about this wrong practice, that we have been following since last few years.
