The unique characteristics and behavior patterns of an human being are what distinguishes one human from the next. Some tend to be completely socially active like the extroverts and some who like to enjoy their own company and are reserved with their self like the introverts. Introvert character is mostly judged a lot by the ones who are extroverts or ambiverts. Can this even be a topic to discuss on or to write about? Surely yes. Introverts comprise with those sections of the society who are badly misjudged and people fail to define exactly what kind of people they are so this is one of the important topic we can discuss. Some people judge them as dumb who doesn’t know anything about the society or does not hold any opinion or they are too weak to take a stand. And some people think that they are arrogant and rude or hold an attitude thinking they are superior from others just because the introverts don’t tend to talk much so the people create an opinion about them as rude. We definitely have  people with such characteristics in our society. But this doesn’t mean or define how introvert people are.

Itroverts are the ones who are quiet, shy or prefers to be alone. They prefer to be alone rather than being surrounded by alot of people. They don’t look for attention or they never want to be the center of attraction, they love to enjoy spending time alone and don’t prefer activities that engage them or make them be around a bunch of people.They prefer time to themselves. It is also not necessary that all introverts are shy or socially awkward but its just about their personal space they enjoy their own company rather than someone else’s company. Introverts don’t prefer  to have a big friend circle rather they have limited group of people with whom they enjoy and express their feelings. But don’t mistake an introvert’s small circle of friends as a sign that they can’t make friends or don’t like to socialize. In fact, they enjoy talking with people and getting to know others. but they prefer the solitude of a small circle of friends and high-quality relationships which is a way for the happiness of introverts.

Extroverts are the life of any party or any gathering but this is not the thing with the introverts. U will always find them in a corner of the hall or room of such gatherings where they are vibing in a small circle or with one or two people or usually alone with their phone. Introverts love to work alone and not in a group since they are more creative and expressive when they are alone as they are shy or uncomfortable to bring out their ideas or creativity in front of number of people. U will always find that introverts express their feeling more conveniently by writing rather than talking. Introverts are always great thinkers, which also leads them toward self-reflection and research. Introverts are dedicated to pursuing their interests and feeling prepared and well-read.

People always consider introverts as shy, unfriendly, arrogant but I genuinely believe having someone who is an introvert is an asset. Introverts are great listeners as they talk less and they are naturally adapted to active listening. While the extroverts are more inclined to jump into a conversation before fully processing what the other person has to say. Introverts typically feel less comfortable speaking than they do listening, they choose their words wisely, so they think before they speak. Apart from the listening skills, introverts do have great observation skills. 

Introvert also tend to become great leaders. As they don’t feel the need to step into the spotlight and take all of the credit for group successes rather, they are likely to highlight the strengths of their teams which undoubtedly makes them a good leader. Introverts should not be just judged on the basis that they talk less or they are not socially active rather we should look deep inside to their great qualities which actually defer them from rest of the society.
