Education is one of the basic source for the development of any individual and it is the fundamental right of the people to get or acquire knowledge as much as they want. Individual who are highly educated are easily achieve their goals. In our country also there is no boundation for gaining knowledge as for education there are several articles in our constitution which we called as right to education so some of them are –
Article 21(a)- According to this article children under age of 6 and 14 are having right to free and compulsory education.
Article 26-According to this article The Universal declaration of Human rights which says everyone has the right to education and education shall be free for all the stages wheter it is elementary and fundamental.
Education is not only important for acheving goals or gaining knowledge it is also important for the betterment of the society and if anyone try to snatch this right from ourself than one must has to fight against it. For instance, nowdays the private sectors schools and colleges increase the fees that much that the students are unable to pay them on time and because of that the schools and colleges try to remove them from the institutions so it is very wrong for the students as it not only affect on there studies but also on there mental health. It is not just happening in private sector where students remove it also happens in government sector which is very wrong.
Because of that people get severally affected that’s the reason also they try to kill themselves so we as a citizen must have to neglect or remove these kinds of policies where money is more important than studies .As we see in todays senario almost 2 years people all over the world facing this pandemic in which everything is online and because of that sources of income is also very poor especially for the individuals who are coming from very poor background or villages as first thing it is very difficult for them to study online where they don’t have any proper internet connection, electricity connection and of course the financial issues, it is very tough for them to pay high fees.
It is the duty of the Education institution they must not deprive the students just because they are not in a condition to pay the fees,as these students are the future of our country .If the institutions continue depriving the students than there is a chances they lost the good student for the shake of gaining money though individual is from poor background but might be he or she is having the kind of knowledge who in future represent that school or college at higher level.
As we conclude todays scenario that is this Covid period where studies are going online so it is the duty of educational institution that they must reduce the fees of the institutions because it is very beneficial for the individuals as not anyone is going school and colleges physically no one is using there furnitures ,electricity, wifi, or any equipment related to games and practicals ,if they do so than people can easily pay the fees and it is also good for institution that they did not do any extra kind of work to remove students .I can conclude this that education is must for everyone and if educational institution continuously depriving the students for the shake of fees than at the end India surely gonna face worst condition regarding the individals who are though very good in studies but just because they are not able to pay fees they didn’t able to achieve anything.
