Friendship is not forever.
If you have a friend sign a document to make them be with you for ever and ever, it’s a different story.

Friendship is a choice that two or more people make to be around one another on social occasions. It’s not a commitment of anything other than that.
Some friends to like each other more than others, and they can (and will) do anything and everything for the other person.

But again, it’s a choice – there is no requirement for that.
Friendships change because people change – if we didn’t change, we would be same as at the age of 5 (or 4 or some other number). But we change, we evolve, our lives change, our situations change, and sometimes between a friend and a life event, people choose their life to be a priority, and friends needs to go.

What you are referring to with a statement about a purpose to fulfill, I believe you are talking about different stages of life.
Some friends can last a year or until you graduate school or until one of you gets a significant other or some other life event comes around.
And then there are friends who either go through the same life stages at the same pace as you are or they simply treat you as important enough to have you in their life – in which case the friendship can last technically forever.

You’ll know true friendship when you have it.

You’ll feel incredibly comfortable around that person and they will feel the same about you. You know that you can trust each other with anything on your mind and you freely share without holding anything back.

You can go a while without talking because life gets busy, then jump right back into the swing of things without missing beat. You don’t feel pressured to constantly check in with them because you know that while you might not talk every day, you still have each other’s back.

You almost feel like you’re in a relationship, but you’re not. That’s just how close you are with them.

Sometimes it takes a while to find a true friendship. I’m 25, yet only discovered true friendship 2 years ago when this guy who I was friends with just started opening up to me… I did the same and slowly but surely we gained trust with each other.

True friendship is like peeing your pants. Everyone can see it, but only you can feel how warm it is.

Sometimes in life we find a special frnd someone who changes your life just by being part of it, someone who makes you laugh until you can’t stop, someone who makes you believe that there is really humanity in the world, someone who convinces you that there is an unlocked door just waiting for you to open it.This is forever friendship when you’re down and the world seems dark and empty your forever friend lifts you up in spirit and makes that dark and empty world suddenly turn into bright and full. your forever friend gets you through the hard time,sad time, and the confused time if you turn and walk away, your forever friend hold your hand and tells you that “everything is gonna fine” and if you find such a friend,you feel happy and complete because you need not worry. You hava a forever friend for eternity….

Friendship is such a beautiful word, but nowadays friendship is made on agreements, likes and dislikes. people will befriend you when they realise that you have so much in common and within a few months everything is over because such a friendship never goes along.

Friendship is not about sharing love interests, your deepest desires, dark secrets, personal affairs. It’s not about whether you’re new or old. A real friend accepts you as you are. They can encourage you to become a better version of you, but they also help you see the beauty of who you are right now.

If you are a friend to someone you don’t have to nag every time what’s wrong with them, if you really have a friend or friends you must have the courage to be unpopular with them. a real friend is somebody who dares to tell you how pathetic you are and still be caring for you.

A true friend stays with you through traumas, disappointments, mental health crises. They don’t abandon you just because it’s easier or more comfortable to avoid you. a true friend is one who overlooks your failures and tolerates your success.

A true friend is someone who lets you have total freedom to be yourself and especially to feel. a real friend stands up for you. they do everything they can to make sure you stay safe. They don’t care who is trying to harm you; they always have your back. They’re honest with you when it matters most.

There are a few things that are rare to find in this world and true friendship is one of them.

There might not be such a thing like true love but there exists a true friendship. one of the most beautiful qualities of true friendship is to understand and to be understood.

If you have someone you can say a true friend never leave them because such type of person is rare to encounter.
