MENTAL TRAUMA AND GYM

In this 21st century, the mental pressure has increased up to 100 times in last 10 years. The traumas consisting due to bullying, body-shaming, slut shaming, telling someone is weak, breakups, broken friendships, peer pressure, lack of self-esteem, pressure due to family etc. And this causing frustration, anger, self-hatred, self-doubt etc.

To let it all out our generation tends to workout and release tension. To convert these pain and emotions into muscle and thus leading to distractions and self-confidence. Hitting the gym, and challenging ourselves makes us self aware of our limits and thus motivating us to put more of our efforts and as the end result, causing these mental trauma to ease and physically fit and strong.

Now people think, life is just perfect of our generation but sometimes technologies, leisure, people aren’t enough to make you happy or relieved. So these negative emotions make place in our minds. To ease the stress, teenagers, adults practice various athletic practices to let it all out. As the time is changing, with it, the type of trauma, the limit to our positivity is changing.

Gym helps with all of it. Working out makes your physic stronger, improves body structure, posture, makes you look confident and attractive in every aspect and people tend to see results eventually. Even the negative energy seems to decrease. To speak, a person can be lazy all day and waste time, working out makes you feel like, “okay I didn’t waste my day totally, I did something.”

In last 10 years the number of gyms, and workout centers have increased. Previously people used to train for athletic purposes but now to make you stronger, powerful, and thus more focus on the core and confident looking personality, gym has helped. The number of females members is increasing day by day. Now females are trying to become stronger and independent in more than 1 ways. To learning to throw a punch to answering back to the people who are passing comments and saying ill words, women have changed and moved towards growth.

To speak about me, working out for 3 years straight has made me confident and focused and disciplined in like. To get to everyday to work out and sweat all the tension and stress out is actually challenging and a lazy person like me, well it’s a big deal.
Therefore focus on making yourself better and powerful. You’re strong, invincible and capable of great things in life.
