PARLIAMENT PASSES JUVINILE JUSTICE (CARE AND PROTECTION OF CHILDREN) AMENDMENT BILL 2021

The Rajya Sabha on July 28, 2021, passed the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Amendment Bill 2021, accordingly altering the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children), Act, 2015. WHAT IS JUVINILE JUSTICE (CARE AND PROTECTION OF CHILDREN) ACT 2015?
