Positive Impact of Virtual Internship :-.

INTRODUCTION :-.

As we all as a law student we know very well what is the importance of internship ! During the law courses there is need and expect to every law students to do an internship . Because of without internship your law will not be completed and also How to use the the law ? All the things we learn into the internship . Because of in your law career you have to know both theoritical and as well as practical . If you have command on both the things then you will succeed in your career . If we look then find out that students are busy in internship . As we know that from 2020 corona pandemic is going on and the situations is that government imposed lockdown and closed all the things and courts also closed during the pandemic . There is virtual court is going on . So there is not possible to do offline internship . Every work are going work from home .

Because of transportation , courts , closed . But I want to say that Every thing close but if you have interest then you can do anything from anywhere . We can look on the website there are number of notifications for the online internship . So it is the best opportunity for the students to inhanced their skills from home .

Virtual internship plays an important role during the covid pandemic .

1. Virtual internship save your expenses because of in offline internship you have to expense on your travel so virtual internship will help that students who are not able to afford the expense . 2. Virtual internship enhanced the technical skills because of in online internship we have made our projects on mobile phones and laptops then it gives us more knowledge about the laptop because of in making the projects we use many websites or apps etc.

3. Virtual internship save your time because of in virtual internship you have not go anywhere you have to work from home so by this you can save your time because if you go for offline internship then you have to spend your time on travel and traffic’s .

4. Virtual internship is basically suitable for girls because of most of parents not permits the girls to go for offline because of her safety so by this it girls can be do internship and enhanced her skills from home and also good for her safety .

5. As we know that we have to go to college regular because of in few colleges attendance is mandatory and if you not attend the class then it’s negatively affect your image among the teachers and classmates then in that scenario that is not possible to do an offline internship , then in that virtual internship is best option to maintain your balance . It’s not hamper your study .

6. We learn the skills how to work better from home .

In pandemic virtual internship plays an vital role . And it’s not stop the career of law students . And it protects the law life of the students .

So in last I want to say that we can search on google for virtual internship then we can find a large numbers of internship . But before applying them you need to search and know about that internship . We should apply for that and we can inhanced our knowledge and skills and personality from home without any expenses , with safety in pandemic. .

Moot court competitions are one of the most enjoyable aspects of law school extracurricular activities. The concept of moot court competitions is straightforward: they are intended to simulate a court hearing. Through moot courts, the law school provides students with a taste of what it is like to be in a courtroom. Even though it is a requirement in the final year, most law schools hold inter and intramoot court competitions throughout the year to help students improve their mooting skills.  The student usually receives a factsheet, which provides a brief understanding of the dispute in question between two or more parties who are assigned to either the Plaintiff or Defendant’s side of the dispute. The fact sheet is usually provided to the students.   These teams are tasked with creating a fact sheet that includes two speakers and a couple of researchers, among other things. Within the time limit, the students must conduct research into their cases, develop arguments, and prepare responses to the dispute in the form of petitions and affidavits in opposition. Then, on the big day, the participants must defend their positions in front of a panel of judges, who will score them based on a variety of factors including their overall performance. It could be anything from researching to drafting to making an oral presentation.   Let us talk about how to prepare for moot court presentations in greater detail.  Understand the laws that apply to you.  As a law student, you must be familiar with the relevant statutes. You are not permitted to enter the moot court without having completed any prior research or preparation. As a result, you should always begin with the facts of your case. If you’ve been given any sample briefs, make sure to read them thoroughly.  The goal is to:   state the most persuasive arguments for your side;   clarify any points that were not made clear in the written material;   address any weaknesses in your case;   and be familiar with the counterarguments to your opponent’s arguments.  Recognize the relevant facts of the situation.  Each and every page of the case should be familiar and understandable to you. At all times during the debate, you should present yourself as the expert on the facts and be able to answer any questions from the panel.   Consider taking your time when framing your arguments.  Keep in mind that your arguments should be natural and organic in nature. Your oral submissions will be judged on how well you frame your arguments. It must be constructed with a great deal of patience and consideration.  …
