Privacy is a basic human right recognized by the United Nations Declaration of Human Rights, the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, and many other international and regional treaties. Privacy protects human dignity and other key values, such as freedom of association and freedom of speech. It has become one of the most important human rights issues in modern times. Privacy itself is an unmistakable right of individuals collected in an integral manner with their lives. If you do it incorrectly angry incorrectly by individuals, privacy will be a dispute problem. The disclosure of personal information by third parties is ignorant, but the victims will be shameful or shame.

 There is a positive infringement that is mainly compatible with projections in the country. At the lighting of judicial decisions, the reduction of privacy rights is protected as a unique part for life and personal freedom that are scolded according to Article 21 of the Constitution of India. It can be said that Article 21 of the Constitution has the broadest meaning. The court’s interpretations of this article are numerous. Article 21 stipulates that no one shall be deprived of life and freedom except through procedures prescribed by law. This article also includes extensive privacy rights. The right to privacy can also be called the right to be alone.

In the legal structure of India, the Indian Contact Act of 1872 governs the formation of contracts. By adding a confidentiality clause to the agreement when the contract is made, the contracting parties can decide to keep the contract information confidential in some ways. Failure to comply with this clause may result in the termination of the contract between the parties. Through privacy or confidentiality clauses, many parties only disclose the amount of personal information that they have agreed to or necessary for the establishment of a contract. Unauthorized disclosure by any party may cause damage due to breach of contract.

The urgency of the need for such laws that protect personal privacy is reinforced by the absence of personal information and monitoring systems that protect personal information. As there are many data flows for globalization, it is necessary to have a unit that is compatible with international privacy methods. For example, India is configured to be a global center to configure and manipulate call centers. The Indian BPO sector has increased. In such cases, if a large amount of data has already been collected and that such operation is not adjusted, the state of the Indian customers can deteriorate because they are not protected by any privacy method that protects the interest there is. 

In the process of globalization and technological progress, even if it is protected carefully and diligently, private data can still be mishandled. It is useless to apologize for the problem after the violation, so it should be avoided or prevented by prevention and foresight. Furthermore, the effective functioning of government should only depend on the welfare of the general public, rather than generating tension and frustration.
