Significance of hobby ;..

It is very important emotionally and psychologically to have hobbies and personal interests in life. A person must have a well balanced lifestyle. Most people work for a living. Some prefer to work long hours or even six days a week. That can lead to stress and a lot of anxiety.
Our minds and bodies need plenty of rest, and at least, some recreational activities after a long period of strenuous activity, or repetitive work. We need to unwind and relax too. This is when we must do the things we want to please us. To satisfy our inner child to play or something that will pass the time.

Hobbies are important so as to relieve all that tension and stressful daily routines at work. We need time for the simplicity of play and be creative with our own time. We need to do other less important things such as spend time alone or socialize with friends and relatives. Some hobbies can be social activities too. That is why many people will attend a local sports club or go to the gym for exercise. Then there are those who are collectors of certain memorabilia.
The main point is to occupy your free time with hobbies, sports, and activities that will improve our well being. Hobbies are things we do for enjoyment and fun. Human beings need the ability to play and have fun in life.

Hobbies will make you focused & innovative. They will raise you above trivialities. It’s like home where you want to return after the hullabaloo of life. It will give emotional and mental strength.

Cultivating hobby is a journey in itself. Experiment with whatever things arouse interest and you will unravel a hidden side which will be hard unbelievable to oneself

My hobbies are not much exiting but i love to be myself rather than thinking anything else..

. Reading
I love reading books, especially nonfiction ones. I currently read about 60 books per year on a wide array of topics. For example, I am currently reading a book called The Unconquered: In Search of the Amazon’s Last Uncontacted Tribes which focuses on a tribe of native Indians that lives in isolation in the Amazonian forest. The book is over 800 pages long and offers a fascinating glimpse into their lives and culture. It illustrates the importance of preserving our environment and ecology and is a wonderful read. The books are a wonderful way to transport me to a different place and era without actually leaving home. Best of all, I joined my local public library and download ebooks for free!

  1. Watching documentaries
In general, I am not a big TV fan. However, I make an exception for good documentaries. Thanks to Netflix, YouTube, and wonderful channels like Smithsonian and National Geographic, I have a wide array of exciting documentaries on my watch list that inspire, educate, and excite me. I also enjoy watching Doordarshan programs.
  2. Cooking
One of my favorite hobbies is cooking. Cooking has taught me so much about patience and focus because those 2 are essential ingredients to make delicious food. The more I cook, the better I get at it. Of course, I have also cooked food that did not turn out so well, but I learned from my mistakes and improved each time. I cook food that is healthy that I enjoy eating. Best of all, it is generally cheaper and better tasting than eating out at most restaurants.
  3. Exercising
I am a little fitness freak girl and I truly believe in phrase “Health is wealth” I am regular YOGA practitioner and I ensure min 30 minutes exercise every day And let me tell you it has been a wonderful hobby for me, although some may argue it is more of a necessity rather than a hobby, much like brushing your teeth or eating your food. However, I really enjoy all sorts of exercise: going to the gym, lifting weights, running, walking, hiking, etc. The longer I do it, the more I learn and enjoy it. I have also met a lot of wonderful people who share this passion.

My hobbies are a very important part of my life. I find they enrich my days and give me a great escape from the regular stresses of life. If you haven’t already done so, I highly recommend that you start to explore and develop at least one hobby that you really enjoy. I guarantee you will be very glad you did.
