I am Abha, student of Bihar Institute of law, Patliputra University, Bihar. I am from Patna, Bihar. I have done my matriculation from Shivam International School, and intermediate from Holy Mission Secondary School, Bihar. Now, I am pursuing B.A.LL.B. from, Bihar Institute of Law, Patliputra University. I am in 3rd year of my study. I choose law as a profession because I want to learn and understand various applications of law and most importantly, I want to know our constitution. Apart from study, my hobbies are reading and writing articles. I am an introvert person. I am honest. I am very enthusiastic and optimistic person.
I used to procrastinate which is my weakness and I am trying to improve it. The leader I admire most is Mahatma Gandhi, (the father of our nation). I completely agree with Gandhian Principle of non-violence and satyagraha as it an important tool for conflict resolution. I know two languages English and Hindi but I want to learn other Indian languages. I love to debate over legal topics. The area of my legal interests is Indian Constitution, Right to Information Act, Arbitration, Mediation, Conciliation, Consumer law, public interest litigation, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Act, Human Rights, and Others.
Now coming to my internship with Second Innings Consultancy, it was my first internship during my course. I have learnt a lot from this internship like, I learn how to draft an article in proper format. I have learnt from my mentor Advocate Aishwarya Sandeep Mam. I have also learnt a lot from other fellow interns in this internship. In a nutshell, it actually, it was a very interesting as well as knowledgeable internship experience. I want to thanks a lot to Aishwarya Sandeep mam for giving me such a golden opportunity to enhance my legal knowledge. I wish to join more internship with her in future.
