My name is Lavkesh Gour and I am hailing from Faridabad, Haryana. I am a second year Law student, currently pursuing BA.LLB (H) from University of Legal Studies, Chandigarh University. Recently I have completed the courses on Fundamental of Business Law, Time and stress management, Enforcement of Fundamental Rights. I have also completed a certified course on mastering contract law concept and legal agreements by Advocate Kavita Gupta. I have completed a four-week internship at District Court of Faridabad, Haryana dealing with all types of cases like criminal, civil and matrimonial disputes. Also I Have attended seminars on POCSO Act, Copyright protection and Patent issues, Merges and Acquisition, and relevance of Alternate dispute resolution in today’s world. Recently I got my research paper published on merit basis titled Evolution of Cyber Laws in India under label law scienctia and another research paper published under Law Corpus titled Loopholes In Indian Judiciary. I am a person who believes in constant learning and reciprocating the same, my possible efforts is to outshine in litigation area with utmost best communication skills. My specific interest is in area of criminal law as it challenges me to push speculations into reality with more stress on delivering justice to the victim party.
