About Radhika
Hello, my name is Radhika and I’m a first year LLB student. I have lived in Nagpur and Delhi. I have a degree in computer application i.e. BCA from Nagpur university. I had ranked 2 nd in the university in the class of 2018. My exposure to social issues since childhood prompted me to choose law as a field of profession for me in life. It has been quite an organic decision to do internships under reputed advocates to skill myself with the requirements of the current times. Writing has been a hobby for me since childhood. I never had thought of publishing my articles.
But now I harbour dreams of writing a novel someday about law in India. My interests are varied and I’m hands on for any legal work that helps me to polish my skills and adapt to nascent ideas.
I had joined Second Innings Consultancy two months ago for my internship. And I have learnt to
brainstorm daily and collect data on contemporary topics while writing articles. I am happy to have learnt a few skills like networking with people, using case laws in research based writing, writing good resumes in my association with Aishwarya Sandeep ma’am. I have also understood the importance of reading and always remaining a learner who is open to new opportunities.

My Experience on working with Radhika:
She is an amazing person who loves her work and her pets equally. I sometimes felt that she was an extension of my brain because she thought just like I did. A great person to work with because she understands the requirement of the delivery expected from her. This is one important quality of a lawyer.

I have always been against Glorifying Over Work and therefore, in the year 2021, I have decided to launch this campaign “Balancing Life”and talk about this wrong practice, that we have been following since last few years. I will be talking to and interviewing around 1 lakh people in the coming 2021 and publish their interview regarding their opinion on glamourising Over Work.
