Star Intern – Uddeshya Kumar Jha

About Uddeshya

I, Uddeshya Kumar Jha, student of Amity Law School Noida, a legal enthusiast. This is an honour for me to have worked under the Second Innings Law firm under the guidance of Advocate/Mentor Mrs. Aishwarya Sandeep. Since I haven’t got the opportunity to have myself recognized and introduced to the firm under which I had got an opportunity to work, as the beginning of the column itself mentions, my name is Uddeshya Kumar Jha, student of Amity Law School, Noida, Uttar Pradesh. I have pursued my class 10th and 12th standards from Delhi Public School Mathura Road, Delhi. Initially I had planned to join the defense services and even prepared for 6 months in Chandigarh for NDA written exam and SSB.

However, I chose to switch my career path. But one thing I learned and acquired after preparing for the NDA is to form an opinion for myself and express it coherently.  These qualities resulted a deep interest towards the field of Law and Legal fraternity that allowed me to have my opinions recognized.

In the course of pursuing Law, I have developed deep analytical skills along with perseverance and passion for the same. I strongly believe in voicing my opinions, thereby refining my public speaking skills and will continue to do so. I hold an extensive amount of interest in reading and understanding Constitution which had made me a determined learner.

I find utmost strength and courage in saying that I believe no other field but Law has helped me explore and develop my strengths that I possess today.  It has been a pleasure sharing my aforementioned qualities with firm, refining those qualities and receiving guidance from the fraternity. I look forward working with the firm again in future.

I will be talking to and interviewing around 1 lakh people in the coming 2021 and publish their interview regarding their opinion on glamourising Over Work.
