Before coming to foreign direct investment let’s first understand what is investment?
An investment is a resource or thing gained fully intent on creating pay or appreciation. When an individual purchase a good as an investment, the intent is not to consume the good but rather to use it in the future to create wealth. Now coming to foreign direct investment, A foreign direct investment (FDI) is an acquisition of a premium in an organization by an organization or a financial backer situated external its lines. For the most part, the term is utilized to depict a business choice to obtain a considerable stake in an unfamiliar business or to get it inside and out to extend its activities to another district. It isn’t normally used to depict corporate security in an unfamiliar organization.
