Why do criminals still manage to escape ?

Why do criminals still manage to escape even after implementing stern law against them-

It is fairly clear that every increasing number of crime rates is alarming step by step in our society.

According to me, till the poverty and the widening gap between the rich and the poor is not decreases the crime cannot be controlled easily.

Criminalization of politics every educated person could know about this.

The use of politics or political power by self-interest-seeking people for nefarious and pecuniary gains or various other advantages to gain something which is  not legal or normal which has been called crime is known as criminalization of politics.

The use of political power for being wrong is not something new.

The poverty rate in India in 1993 is 95.50%  In 2004 it was 92.90% only -2.60% improvement in 12 years in 2009 it was 91.90% change is -1.80% only and in 2011 it was 87.40% change is only -3.70%.

Corruption is another main reason criminals use money to save themselves.

Criminals use their power of good going with politicians or using their money power. They give money to government officers or bureaucrat with the help of politicians and manages to escape.

To avoid all these things government has to improve their there honesty. To improve the criminal condition of country the difference between the rich and poor or the rate of poverty has to be decreased to make India crime free.
