Women safety in India to make women feel safe

In India, women’s are considered to be goddess Lakshmi in most of the families. However, some unfortunate incidents which took place in the recent past have made women feel unsafe on the roads, work places and even some time at home.

Women’s are facing many problems in the society. Nowadays, women’s are unsafe every where. It is the problem of the nation and should be addressed by each and every citizen of India.

Strict laws should be enforced by the government regarding women’s safety and all the rules can be strictly followed. Also the police should be effective. There should be proper management for women safety. Properly functioning of street light with CCTV Cameras  must be installed. 24 hour women helpline should be activated in order to receive any distress call  empowerment should also be given the most importance.

In order to improve women’s safety in India the first task is to improve the number of women safety teams in every part of country. Along with the change in mind set of people is very essential for the women safety. From family to educational institution men should be taught about respecting every women.

Further, there should be the first track to hear the cases and it should be investigated in a time bound manner. Only strict laws can not solve the problem of women safety in India rather the implementation of these laws in a time bound manner can solve the issue.
