But as whole country came to standstill businesses started to suffer which impacted economy and result in more and more loss then government could comprehend with as a result new concept came to place work from home which was earlier only used in some company like I.T firm and only on some occasions before 2019, the concept was at nascent stage to be precise but covid started to made this very known an a viable option over workplace system earlier used by companies.

But the decision of work from home was taken unilaterally by companies and employees had no say in it then, whole corporate world had this decision without discussion or deliberation and just forced it on ecosystem that knew cubicles and colleagues working together at workplace to just being stranded at home and working. Some researcher said work from home is good as it increases efficiency as there is less distraction at home. This believe in itself is flawed as at home there are chances of distraction as home is not a work oriented place , home in generally is associated with comfort and cosines not some hard labor on working on projects and deadline. The work from home situation has lead to more loneliness and mental health issues were on the rise as togetherness and team work process died in this concept.

The things that have changed now are as many of the company shifted to work from home model there office space being um-sued remained empty , as a result  some even closed the physical office spaces as it reduced cost of ownership and further made corporate s more profitable and it also benefited employees as travel cost reduced and travel time also reduced. On the positive side employees can have plan adaptability – telecommute helps individuals in atomic just as joint families to get ready for exercises that contribute towards the family.
